—— PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE
ACCESS YOUR
BEST WHEN IT
MATTERS MOST.
Breath-based performance training to help you think clearly, respond deliberately, and adapt as demands change.
—— 01 / THE CHALLENGE
When the stakes rise,
everything changes.
The room feels smaller. Decisions become heavier. Conversations grow sharper.
Even when we know what to do, pressure can narrow perspective, cloud judgment, and shape how we respond. Tension doesn't always end when the moment passes. It follows us into whatever comes next.
Pressure changes how we breathe. We can learn to use our breath to change how we respond.
—— 02 / THE OPPORTUNITY
Train your breath.
Expand what's possible.
Breathing happens automatically, but we also have the ability to consciously change it. That gives us a direct way to influence our physiology. With practice, we can learn to shift how we feel, think, and respond, creating more choice and greater access to our abilities when it matters most.
Understand how you breathe, build more functional habits, and learn to use your breath intentionally.
“What stood out to me was the time-to-benefit ratio.”
Dave Long, Co-Founder, Orangetheory Fitness
—— 03 / EXPERIENCE ViaBreath
Meet the moment.
Notice where you are. Recognize what you need. Use your breath to help make the shift.
Meet the Moment.
Notice where you are. Recognize what you need. Use your breath to help make the shift.
Something on your mind? Start with a breath.
Where are you now?
Select what best describes how you feel. There is no right answer.
You want clearer attention without adding more pressure.
Steady
An even, unforced rhythm to anchor your attention.
An even, unforced rhythm can provide a steady anchor for attention. Notice whether it feels useful.
This is a guided experiment, not a health assessment. Breathe gently without forcing. Stop if uncomfortable, dizzy, or short of breath. You can breathe normally at any time.
“It’s become a habit for performing at my best.”
⚠️ Caution, for educational purposes only. Not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before participating. Breathe gently without strain. Do not use while driving or in water. Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, and return to normal breathing.
“It’s become a habit for performing at my best.”
